本报北京2月26日电 （记者常钦、李晓晴）中国人的“果盘子”里，苹果占据着举足轻重的地位。中国苹果产业协会联合国家苹果产业技术体系发布的《中国苹果产业发展报告》显示，“十四五”以来，我国已稳居全球最大苹果生产国与消费国。苹果期货成为全球首个鲜果期货品种，我国在国际定价体系中的话语权显著提升。这颗“国民果”迈入高质量发展的新阶段。

The bacterial polysaccharide xanthan is cheaper as well but forms weaker jellies that, as with carrageenan, might result in puncturing its surface. Other colloids, like alginate (from brown seaweed) and gellan gum (from a bacterium), don’t set solely based on temperature and require additives for gelation.
